Most cleaning companies list project services. Few have the training or equipment to deliver them at the standard a luxury property expects. CBS has been doing this work for over 70 years - on the marble lobbies, the commercial kitchens, and the high-end floors that require precision, not just effort.

One-time or periodic

Project work is quoted separately from recurring cleaning contracts. Some properties schedule it quarterly. Others bring CBS in for a specific need. Either way, every project is scoped, priced, and delivered to the CBS standard.

Available standalone or alongside recurring cleaning

CBS project work is available to existing cleaning clients and to properties that use CBS for project work only. The same standard applies either way.

    Full kitchen deep cleaning beyond the nightly scope - including exhaust hoods, grease traps, equipment de-greasing, and floor scrubbing to HACCP-aware standards. Scheduled around kitchen operating hours with zero disruption to service.

    Carpet Shampooing and Restoration

    Hot water extraction and dry cleaning for hotel room carpets, elevator lobbies, ballrooms, and corridor carpeting. Scheduled during low-occupancy windows to minimize disruption.

The quote reflects that conversation, not a generic price list. Project work is available as a standalone service or as a complement to an existing CBS cleaning contract. Either way, the same cleaning professionals who know the property deliver the work.

  • CBS visits the property to assess the surface, the scope, and any logistical constraints - operating hours, access, timing relative to events or service schedules.

  • A flat project price based on the actual scope. No surprises after the work begins. What CBS quotes is what the property pays.

  • Project work is scheduled to minimize disruption. Kitchen deep cleans happen before service. Strip and wax happens overnight. The property does not feel the work - it just sees the result.

  • The same cleaning professionals who maintain the property on a recurring basis deliver the project work. Institutional knowledge of the space. No learning curve. No surprises.
